A basic question i know but i'm always confused by this kind of weather. I wear them when i'm cold, which can be a rainy/windy 50 degree day or a cloudy 40 degree day. Cold weather is on the horizon, and we're more than ready to pull out the oversize jackets and cozy sweaters. A good outer jacket also needs a hood.
